I have 4 peppered corys and the smaller one recently lost his barbels and swam around the tank with a shoal of lemon tetras rather than his usual behaviour of staying in the lower levels with his companions? and began losing balance? After changing a good 60% of the water he's adopting normal behaviour again.
Does anyone know if these fish have any specific requirements as it appears to have been a water problem?
The tank at present is prdominantly sandy with some rounded stones and water is changed regularly. The only thing that changes is temperature due to the sun this time of year. Ranges are approx 24-28C.
Also, a 2½" clown fish "appears" to bully them has anyone else encounted this?
