dead histronica... red dots????

Hi guys, haven't updated in a while. My 50 gal was going really well, until today.

One of my histronica's hasn't showed up for feeding time in the morning for a coupla days. I thought he changed to feeding at night with the big clowns so I didn't pay much attention.

Today I've found him dead. His body is still in good shape, no swelling/caving/discolouration. However, upon close examination I found several very distinct red dots (not streaks) over his lower part of the body. They are very clear and red, almost looks like red version of ich, can't tell if they are protruding or not though.

Couldn't really find any info on the net. Anybody knows what this is and should I be worried about the other fish? They all look fine so far.
