Horsefaced in this tank?

Was thinking of a small group of medium size 6"+ Acanthopsis loaches in the following tank-
48" long 55 gallons
5 5" spanner barbs
1 5" C.Siamensis
1 6" Mystus Leucophasus (upside down bagrid catfish)
1 4" Botia Helodes
Furnished with rounded gravel,Microsorum covered bogwood
The Helodes keeps the barbs moving during the day, while the Mystus rules the night. The Mystus is very strong, but only grumpy when underfed.Otherwise, the fish currently get along well.
How do Acanthopsis fare with Botias or other bottom dwellers?I've only had them with barbs, danios, rasboras etc. Thanks
