Live Foods

Hi everyone .

i know this topic is a hot debate topic, and i wanted some advice/info..

here is my tank setup

77 gallon tank

6 clown loaches ( 1 X 2", 2X1/2", 3X under 1" )
12 scissor tail rasboras
2 black neons
2 serpea tetras ( that i am trying to give away )
1 common pleco ( about 2 1/2" )
1 stripped snail ( not sure exact species, origins=south americain waters )

i would like to start feeding some live foods to my fish. I already use a pretty diverse diet, but would like the benefit that live foods can bring.

Current diet :
Frozen Brine Shrimp ( Main food )
Blood Worms ( Frozen )
Mosquito Larvae ( frozen )
Staple food ( for the clown loaches )
Algae waffers ( on occasion )
cucumber
Lettuce.
