should i get another angelicus or something else?

thank you everyone for your continued support. Here is my question... I have a 29 gallon with a whisperII, and a mj200 powering the underground filter, and a 600 for flow. Inhabitants: 5 botia angelicus (2 are 4" 3 are 1.5-2"), 2 hillstream loaches (1-2"), 3 black skirts, 3 red eyes, 1 paradise fish, and 3 sunset platys. Here is my dilemna. I know the tank is about stocked to capacity (or do you think i could get away with more?). My platys have begun mating and are mating 2 days after having young. My sister, being a animal rights activist who wears leather (don't ask) insists i save the babies and not let them become food. She doesn't understand that i don't want the fry nor, the extra bioload. She pawned this batch
