dead and injured mollies

Can someone please help. I have had a tank for 6 months now containing 4 mollies (which I've had since the beginning), 3 angelfish (which I've had for 2 months) and 2 clown loaches which I bought 3 weeks ago. All was well until this morning when I found one dead mollie with its eye missing and another mollie with red bruising and what looks like a small bite mark on its gill. One of my usually nosy angelfish was also scared and was hiding away. I've removed the injured mollie and this angelfish into another tank.
I thought the clown loaches (the newest additions to the tank)may be the bullies since they have shown agression to each other recently. However (apart from chasing the other fish away occasionally) I have never witnessed any agression towards the oth
