Help, my clown loach is not acting like one!!

Two days ago my clown loach woke up a little groggy, and started rubbing his side against the lava rock. I thought he might have "ich", but he has no spots. He did have his dorsal fin clamped though. I had just tested the water the day before, and everything was fine, pH 7.0,nitrite 0, ammonia 0, hardness 160ppm., temp. 76. I did a water change on the tank because it was due for one, and I wanted to try to drop the GH a bit,I added "Aqua Plus" to the added water.

My loach is not eating, and is like, "treading water" about four inches below the surface of the water. He is swimming up and down a little more today than yesterday, but still this is very abnormal behavior.
