Identify My Loach

I hope someone may be able to help me with some information on my loach. I obviously purchased my loach from a local fish store. The name given to the loach on the tank was "High-fin Banded Loach". The name describes the fish perfectly. In actuality, the fish has a VERY stout, robust body, with somewhat of a hump just before it's dorsal fin. The dorsal fin is beautifully shaped, somewhat like a low frequency band cresting twice, with the first crest sloping over the second crest and the second to the tail. The tail is "arrow-tail" pointed. The dorsal fin goes almost as high as the fish is long. The Fish has three thick black bands running the length of it's body, from just behind the head to the tail. The second black band extends it's color to the dorsal fin, while the third band extends to the tail
