Wow guys! All I did was say I was going on a trip and you all went on a monster geographical OT thread.....LOL!
Anyhow, I'm back after leaving Saskatoon at 1:20 pm Wednesday, I got home to Toronto at just after 3pm today...... 2968 kms! Phew! Furthest I ever drove in my life. For a Brit, this truly puts into perspective just how big this continent is. I only crossed about a third of it.
Today I left Wawa ar 05:00 and drove (whilst scanning for Moose)through various amounts of snow on the twisty roads along the shore of Lake Superior. It was 882kms to the shop that's going to do the test and emissions on the truck before we can register it in Ontario. I averaged over 92 kms/hr including stops and refuelling, so I
