Could my new bristlenose pleco be a killer?

On the weekend I had picked up some new fish. Three clown loaches on Saturday, and three botia kubotai and a bristlenose pleco on Sunday. The clowns had been placed in a 10 gallon quarantine tank along with three other zebra danios. I placed the botia kubotai in another 10 gallon and placed the pleco in with the clowns and danios.
By Monday one danio had died of mysterious circumstances and nasty mangling, and today I came home to find one of the clowns swimming funny, once I got to see his other side it appeared that he had been attacked near his caudal fin. It was frayed and he had ugly red br
