Yo-Yo growth?

I just got three little, and I mean little, bought 1 1/2-2 inch teenie tiny smaller than diameter of a pen Yo-Yo's. Each one has different patterns, one perfect yo-yo style and other are varients. They were in the LFS tanks for WEEKS.. or longer...not sure how long,, i think the guy said about a month or so. So I really glad that they may be healthy and pretty disease free...

So, how long does it take for them to grow? I've heard that in about 6 months that they will grow to full size(if kept in good water conditions that is). And do they need still water. I got a 29 gallon, a tad cramped for 3 yo-yo's I suppose when they are fully grown, but its got plenty of tubs and caves. I have two filters with about 300 gph approximately, maybe about 280 or so when the filters get clogged(hang on the tank filters). I'm
