botia anjelicus

Does anyone know these loaches (botia anjelicus)?
It's labeled at the LFS as 'burmese loach' and it looks really cool. I'm looking for something that will eat my pond snails, but not do too much damage to my trumpet snail population, so I was thinking one botia anjelicus and 1-2 yoyo loaches cause they're cheaper. Does anyone have any experience with these loaches, or mixing loach species?
Thanks.
