Clown loach with Ick, Driftwood, etc.

One of my clown loaches has been fighting with Ick... She almost free of spots, and eats a little. I noticed that her tail and fins became damaged, which affects her swimming. Is it something that could develop as a side effect of Ick? I am treating the tank with RidIch+; raised temperature a little and added extra pumps.

I got an ornament made of driftwood. Is it good to keep it in the tank with clowns? Does it lowers PH a lot? Any recommendations on how much driftwood could be kept in 20 and 60-gallon tanks?

I appreciate any advice
