Zebra Loach

I have a community tank
(current inhabitants: cardinal & lemon tetras, ottocinclus and 2 dwarf gouramis). Im planning to get a pair of rams and 3-4 corys.

That will take me relatively close to my stocking limit, but I would really love to have a zebra loach.

I reckon I can get away with one without becomming overstocked, but 2-3 would definitely be pushing it.

Will one zebra loach be ok on its own with the rest of the inhabitants, or do they absolutely need company of their own species?
