striata body shape and stripes

I have a group of six striatas and i've noticed a difference in the pattern of them and also the body shape and am wondering if this is age related, sex related or if there are slightly different types of striatas...

this is what i notice...the larger striatas...the couple that are well over 2"...probably in the 3" range have closely and evenly spaced stripes...alternating and evenly spaced narrow bands with bodies that are fairly long and slender; whereas, the slightly smaller ones, more like 2", have stripes that are uneven in width (some thick, some thin) and have bodies that are short and chunky...they seem bulkier rather than streamlined.

anyone notice this
