Cloudy eyes/heavy breathing?

Hi all,

All bought four clown loaches on Thursday to round out my clown pack. They've been in quarantine since Thursday. No one is eating yet, but three of the four are acting and looking completely normal and healthy. They play when the lights are dim and swim around less when the room lights are on. I've only turned the tank lights on a few times to inspect their condition-- they HATE the tank lights.

The fourth may be having problems. He is the least active of the four, but still swims around a bit. What concerns me most are the following two symptoms. First and most worrisome, he is breathing shallowly and rapidly. Second, he has clo
