Maracyn /Maracyn II water cloudiness

I've been treating a very sick little clown loach with the Maracyn / Maracyn II regimen. Unfortunately, the best diagnosis I came up with is the enigmatic 'skinny disease'.
The good news is that he's been responding very well... about a week into the treatment he's finally acting like a clown loach again. =) My concern at the moment is that the hospital tank water is extremely cloudy. Fortunately, the NH3, NO2-, and NO3- levels are all OK... the biofilter is still functioning despite the antibiotics... but I can't see through the narrow dimension of the 10 gallon hospital tank!
I'm hesitant to do a water change since it would dilute the med concentration, but I'm also concerned about the water quality - despite the test results. Any one out there have experience with this med combination?
