Not again!!! Skinny!

So last week I went out and bought three clowns, the LFS was poorly lit so I could hardly see them.
Anyway, one of the clown has "skinny" disease, again!
Now I have to return this guy to the store, yet again.

It's the same LFS. They stock micro clowns for 1.95$ ea. So far I've been successful with three healthy chubby clowns. One got skinny - returned. One got skinny - dead. And this one also skinny - will return.

Am I doing this the right way?
Should I learn to treat this skinny disease?
Bare with me that I don't have any quarantine tank.

It's so frustrating... I almost gave up when I lost one guy from skinny. But then I saw one clown in the tank getting lonely, I felt sorry and got him three friends... :(
