New Batik is a bully

I recently brought home a Batik loach. I put him in the tank with my Cherry-finned (Acanthocobitis rubidipinnis) loach. The Batik, especially at feeding time chases the much larger cherry finned around and around. Recently I noticed my sweet darling cherry finned putting his fin down to the Batik and chased him away instead. I am looking for suggestions. Should I A.) leave the batik in this tank and run the risk of stressing out my beloved cherry finned, B.) Put him in the tank with the most dominant being a small but feisty robusta, or C.) move him to the tank with a large put mostly gentle tiger loach (botia helodes)?
