Leadfoot need some assistance please: re Maracide

Would you please give me the dosing amount and number of days again? (If memory is working it was 1 ml per gallon, every other day for 5 days? No increase in temp and no water exchanges?)The bottle I have says 10ml per 10 gallons.

Have you used this new Maracide on catfish? Today I stumbled upon several Upside Down Catfish and mixed in with them were some Synodontis Contractus :) and they all have ICH, some worse then others. Gonna try and get these guys well asap. Thanks in advance.
