I think the 2 loaches in the same pic you refer to are probably Nemacheilus masyae.

As for kohchangensis it has different head shape than Acanthocobitis rubidipinnis and the band pattern is also different. Rubids's band pattern seems to divide to top and bottom halves.

BTW kohchangensis is also found at the bottom of waterfalls too, so with lots of hiding places and resting places it should be fine in river tank.
