clown colour markings

I have a 325liter aqarium, with four gouramies, eight rummynose tetra, one bristenose pleco, 3 SAE, and 3 clown loaches. The tank is only three months old, but values are fine - ph. 7.8, nitrit 0, nitrate less than 12, -, I do waterchanges once weekly, 25 %, with water that has stood for one day, -
Everything seems fine, but I have noticed on the clown loaches its like on their fins in the black markings, there are little areas that are more black than the rest, and it seems as if it is changing, at least I have never noticed it before. Is this normal colouring, - they seem to have been growing, or getting fatter and eating better since they came over in this tank. They have been there for three
