mixing loaches in a 55 gal tank

I've recently acquired a 55 gal tank and planned on putting my three clown loaches (~2.5"-3") and my Skunk botia (~1.5") in it. The clowns are in one tank at the moment and the skunk is in another. My questions are if the tank is heavily planted with lots of hiding places, should they all get along and would it get crowded if I put a few other loach spp in the tank as well, like yoyos, or smaller types? There isn't much on skunk botias. I don't imagine them to be as social as the clowns, but could I add a couple more of them to this tank set up? The final set up I am imagining would have about 6 loaches, maybe a bristle nose pleco, and some schoolers like tiger barbs, or a fe
