a horizontal Angel fish

Hi all. I know it's been awhile, and this is a non-loach question, but I know I can usually get good advice here anyway.

In my 55 g, understocked tank, I have a beautiful marble angel, body is about 2.5", that has been very poorly for about 3 weeks now.

Basically, she just lays flat on the bottom of the tank. She no longer swims around. The other fish, including the zebra loaches in the tank, dont pick on her and she gets up to feed when I put food in the tank.

I went on vacation for a week, and figured she'd be dead when I returned (I warned the house-sitter). I would have put her out of her misery if the other fish were picking on her, but they arent. And she still feeds. (I've been feeding more frozen foods lately, to make sure she's getting more high quality calories).
