worms/ Paragon 2?

Recently my two 12 year old dojo's had what looked like little white hairs (*really* tiny) all over their bodies. I added 1 tbsp of salt to the 29gal tank and all the little hair things came off (this was 2 weeks ago).

Now they (the little white hairs) are floating around in my tank. When you look closely they look like *tons* of little tiny worms, some longer and some shorter. They do wiggle a bit.

I asked the pet store who told me to treat with Paragon 2. I've never used this product before and wondered if anyone knows anything about it (don't really trust pet store advice). The ingredients are: Metronidazole, Furazolidone, Neomycin Sulfate, Naladixic Acid, and Sodium Chloride.

Any feedback or advice would be *greatly* appreciated. Thanks in advance!
