Black Spot Disease/Parasite

Ok, what the heck. I remember reading about this a ton back when I frequented here but cant find one post on it in the archives.

Black Spot disease. My fish had it back when they were babies. It's completely gone, so i thought.

Well one of my guys I noticed has lost a lot of weight (only one, thank god). And he was one totally obvious internal black bump on his side. It's small, but my experienced eye can tell thats whats causing him grief. Some kind of internal parasite is what it has to be. It's not the typical black spot deal you see on younger clowns. I know what that looks like, this is one single spot thats more green/grey, beneath the skin.

Questions are. Since its been sooo long since I dealt with anything requiring medicine, for the life of me I cant remember which to use, Maracyn 1 or 2 .. ones like bactera negative, ones positive or some jumbo?
