Good new and bad news...

The good new is that I picked up a nice Gastromyzon ridens the other day and it appears that just MAYBE, gastros are working their way into my area. I have seen them (all but one were puncs)twice now in the last couple of weeks.

The bad news is, that today I lost one of my favorite hillstreams, a gorgeous Pseudogastromyzon fasciatus :(
I have had this fish for over four years and have seen it grow from a tiny inch long fish to a fat and sassy 2.5 inch specimen. I do have another one, but it was never as attractive as this specimen. This species was around about four years ago being sold as "zebra borneo sucker" but has not been around since.
