disoriented little clown loach

Hey guys and gals:

I have six very tiny clown loaches (about 1"). Most are very healthy and very active, but I have one who has very little colouring, and who seems disoriented. He swims to the top of the tank, then to the bottom, where he seems to "rest" for a while before trying again. He doesn't hide or swim away when I come near the tank, and he isn't schooling with the others, although they seem to be trying to school with him. Any ideas?
