For those of you a little more scientifically minded - I just wanted to share some of my observations on the sizes of my clown loaches.
Those being, that I have a rather eclectic bunch of clown loaches:
Starting with 3 2.5" and adding 3 2" clown loaches, I noticed the smaller ones grew quite slowly, the more domminant fish grew the most rapidly about 1 cm a month - pretty normal for a clown loach of that age :).
Then I added 2 clown loaches at 3.5", within a month the two most dominant clown loaches grew about 2.5cm (sorry to switch back & forth) to catch up with the larger clowns that had just been introduced. Matt & Susie are still just about 1cm smaller then Tress & Katey but they grew alot & fast in 2 months.
Then growth slowed down, about 2 months later I added a 7" clown loach (Homer) and ag
