Botia berdmorei?

Here's a link to a photo I took of one of the loaches I got in at the shop on Tues evening. These were obtained from a Thailand supplier who stated they were Botia berdmorei and that they were quite rare in the trade. Here's a link to the photo:

Does everyone agree that these are Botia berdmorei? I know there was some confusion between these and B. beaufortia in the past. They seem to be quite shy (but aggressive at the same time) so it was quite hard to get a decent shot. I got 30 of these in, all are around 3" and
