O.K.,

so I am sooo appreciative of the help you all have given me...but honestly, I don't see any 'real' progress...

My loaches have improved 'slightly' still oodles of remaing ich on them.

I have been medicating for almost 18 days, changing water, adding salt, leaving light off (so I don't stress them out) the carbon filter has been removed . Temp has been at 31 for almost four days...

I checked the ammonia levels , they are still fine...but really..?? how much longer can my fish tolerate the daily water changes, changes in temp..?? Medication...?? I 'dunno...I'm giving up...they all look like they're gasping for breath, even though I've added 3 airstones in a 20 gallon tank...

I'm sad and exhausted tonight... :-(
