Help! Sick Weather Loach

Hi. I have a much loved Weather (Dojo) Loach, who has suddenly gotten sick. Would appreciate any assistance from the experts here.

He has broken out with red spots/sores in 4 or 5 areas. They are bright red, with a few little, fluid filled, round sacks attached. Seems to have gotten worse since I noticed them this morning.

He has no noticeable labored breathing. However, he is hunched over a lot - sort-of bent in the middle of his body along the spine. He can straighten out (when he swims across the tank), but 'bends' way more then normal when resting. Also, while Dojo Loaches love to 'lounge around', he is resting on his side quite often.

Any ideas? Tested Ammonia, PH and Nitrate levels - all good and normal. He's at least 6 years old. Probably closer to 8. Is in a 40 gallon tank with Ehie
