chronically emaciated clown

One of my clown loaches appears very skinny and bony. He still has a good appetite and behaves completely normally. I have fed him everyday (tubifex, blood worms, zuchinni or pellets) yet his emaciated appearance remains. It has been long enough that if it had intestinal worms they should have died by now b/c of their complex life cycle cannot be supported. Any input, info or solutions would be appreciated.
