It is sooooooo hot....

Its been very hot in many parts of the US and Canada this summer. We have had about 20 or more days of 90F or above in my area. Today when doing water changes I noticed that the tap water seemed warm. It was 78F last week but had risen to 82F!!!
I am a big AC user and tend to keep my place cool (in the 68-72F range) so the water is quite a bit warmer. While doing water changes, I had to mix ice water in with the refill water to get the temp down around 75F or so for the hillstreams, a little warmer for the botias .I suspect, however, there are many others on this board, having to do the same thing.
