Spawning observations...

As I write this, I am observing a young pair of Psuedogastromyzon cheni spawn for the first time.
They are attempting to dig a spawning pit against the glass and don't seem to mind me watching.
There are three white cheeked gobies in the tank, one male and two females. All this spawning activity seems to have the male goby in an uproar. I don't know whether it is the frantic activity or some chemical signals that have the guy upset. Very interesting to watch, whatever the reason.
