Help my dojo!

Help! I've had two dojo's for several years, and they have been happily residing in my community 55 gal for some time. Unfortunately, one of them is now behaving like she is in pain! She won't eat, and is thrashing around far more than usual, sometimes smashing her face into the corners of the tank. She speeds from one end to the other, and is listing to one side. She speeds up to the top and gulps air more than usual too. Has she eaten a pebble or something? Can I help her? Somebody please help!
