Big Al's in Richmond currently has clowns, B. almorhae, B. dario (very cute, tiny ones), B. sidthimunki, Beaufortias, P. myersi, S. mahnerti.
Superpet nearby has some very healthy looking modestas for $5.99 each.
Pet Boutique in North Van is looking into acquiring Sewellias and some other oddballs.
