Medical advice - white cloud with a lump *PIC*

In my large Botia tank I have about ten white clouds. I noticed today that one of them has a relatively large (for the fish) white lump a bit behind the gills on one side. It's not ich. It seems to be a tumor or something. No other fish in the tank shows any signs like this, and the the afflicted minnow is swimming and breathing normally. I could set up a 10g hospital tank, but is this worthwhile? What would I treat the fish with?
It's nearly impossible to capture a specific side of one minnow in focus, but this shot shows the lump.

Any ideas??
