Clown Loach in Trouble ... Help

I've grown to love my little clown loach, the way it clicks when you feed it, and how it sleeps upside down or on its side... so cute

but this morning I found it swimming in circles, it really doesnt look all that good. the other fishes (just a few neons & guppies) are fine. the loach is about 3.5CM long, just a baby, and the tank is about 30L I was going to put him in a bigger tank when he grew (i dont have it at my house currently )

I cleaned the tank yesterday but I didnt do anything out of the ordinary. Same, tank, same decholinator, ect that he's been living in for 4 months..

I dont know what I can do to help him out but i plan on doing 1/2 water changes daily untill this sorts out.

Do you more experiences Loach lovers have any tips? I've enver kept loaches before but i really love this little guy..

Please help =)
