Clown Loach puzzler

We have 5 clowns in our community tank. They've been in there for around 7 months now and appear to be doing fine. We noticed this evening that one of our mid size clowns has a visible dent about half a centimeter wide on its flank which is whiteish in colour. It's not fluffy, granular or mucous like in nature. It certainly is not white spot. It looks as thought its been rammed. Anyone have any insights?? Possibly TB??
