Unknown loach *PIC*

Hi...need help to ID this unknown loach...i refer to the species page here and can't seem to find one that looks like it (resembles a mongoose loach though)...
This poor fellow has been hiding behind my rocks and under the driftwood and has been observed to rub itself against the rocks...
Does it have ich or i am just being paranoid as rubbing against the rocks might be its instincts?
Anyway i have been treating ich for the past 2 days...
Any help is welcomed...
